The quotation process
After your initial contact, we will call you and discuss your project. Many times we can give you an estimate over the phone right away. For larger or more extensive projects, it is sometimes necessary to meet together at your site. During the site review, we will discuss your needs and budget constraints, continuing to refine our design until we have a project which will meet your needs within your financial expectations. Once you have approved the work, we will take a deposit to secure your position on our schedule and order materials. Communication is our goal, and we try to keep you informed about the status of your materials throughout the project. We want you to be happy with your renovations, so if at any time you desire to make changes, we will be glad to give you an estimate of additional costs to incorporate your changes.
